Holly
Wedeman has danced at the Joanne Grace studio since she was 3 years old.
Performing and studying in styles which included ballet, jazz, modern,
contemporary and national character. Holly has completed RAD exams up until
advanced 1 and was accepted into the Australian Ballet School Interstate
Program. She has also competed successfully in many dance eisteddfods across
the Sydney and Illawarra area. Holly went to Wollongong high school of the
performing arts as an auditioned dance student for 6 years, and in this time
performed in Dance Festival at both regional and state levels, in Southern
Stars, School Spectacular and various show cases. In the HSC holly received
a mark of 97 in dance. She is now studying dance and English education at
the University of New South Wales and was recently accepted to be a
choreographer for Southern Stars 2012. Holly hopes one day to become a high
school dance teacher and take her passion for dance and teach. She feels
through teaching you are constantly still learning and growing yourself as a
dancer and choreographer.
