Emma Robin 

Emma began her dance training in Sydney with Julie Wells, before continuing her full time studies at The National Theatre Ballat School in Melbourne.

Her first professional engagement was at 18 when she joined Opera Australia. After 4 years she travelled overseas and secured a contract with Ballet Schindowski in Germany, but her dreams were fulfilled in 2001 when she was accepted into Ballett am Rhein, Düsseldorf, Germany. Touring Europe and Asia she danced in both classical and contemporary ballet including Swan Lake, Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, Coppelia, Le sacre du printemps, Symphonie Fantastique, Petruschka, Romeo and Juliet, Carmina Burana, Sylvia and A Midsummer night’s Dream. Working with a variety of international choreographers.

Upon returning to Australia Emma decided to share her love of dance and began teaching. She has been a freelance ballet teacher for the past 10 years in  NSW and ACT.
