Tarah has been training in Performing Arts from the age of five in Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre, Lyrical, Demi Character and National Character. She attended Joanne Grace School of Dance until the age of 15 and then completed her HSC through distance education at the Brent Street Talent Development, Academy receiving a mark of 92 in her HSC dance.
In 2013 she completed her Certificate IV in full-time dance at Brent Street, and at 18 she was asked to be represented by the top dance agent in Sydney “Jeep Management.”
Tarah has worked actively as a professional dancer for the last six years for some of Australia’s top Choreographers including Squared Division, Marko Panzic, Matt Lee, Mitchell Woodcock, Stephen Tannos and many more.
As a performer her credits include live and on screen performances for celebrities such as: Ricky Martin, Jessie J, Red Foo, Kylie Minogue, Danni Minogue, Jessica Mauboy, Hilary Duff, Samantha Jade, Peking Duk, The Wanted, Conrad Sewell, and The INXS show.
She was a featured dancer in Redfoo’s Film Clip (Let’s get Ridiculous) and has been a regular dancer for the last four years on The Voice, X Factor, Australia’s Got Talent, So You Think You Can Dance Top 40, Extra on Dance Academy seasons 1,2, and 3, Puberty Blues (featured Role Season 2 as the Mello Yello Model), Samantha Jade film clip (Sweet Talk), Carmada’s Music Video “On Fire”, and a featured dancer at Mercedes Benz Fashion.
