ROYAL ACADEMY OF DANCE SYLLABUS

Joanne Grace School Of Dance is proud to offer all levels of training through the Royal Academy Of Dance Syllabus (R.A.D) The Royal Academy of Dance is one of the largest and most influential dance education and training organizations in the world and is the world’s leading organization in classical ballet teaching (www.rad.org.au).

We offer optional examinations and assessments in classical ballet for young children starting out in dance classes to the student aspiring to become a professional dancer.

AUSTRALIAN CONSERVATOIRE OF BALLET SYLLABUS

Based on the Russian (Vaganova) Method of Classical Ballet

We offer all levels of training in the Vaganova method and are proud to be giving our students exposure to varying methods.  The Australian Conservatoire of Ballet training and assessment program emphasises correct placement, dynamics and performing quality which are all qualities inherent in the Vaganova method.

Classical ballet forms the basis of all styles of dance and is essential in a dancers training.  Whether you are just starting out or have experience in the style we have a class for you, offering classes from one class a week to much much more.

Our ballet studio based in the Illawarra / Wollongong area offers ballet lessons for all ages and skill levels.
