Musical Theatre

The students of JGSoD look forward to their end of year show!  It is here where they will broaden their experiences by taking part in the end of year Pantomime.  The classical Ballet students are given the opportunity to take on characterisation through the medium of dance.  They explore the elements of musical theatre whilst developing confidence on stage and increasing their ability to entertain their audience.

There is no dedicated class for this style but rather it is integrated into the students training towards the end of the year and something the whole school looks forward to!

    Our little one loves Joanne Grace. She started in Ready Set Dance and is now moving to Ballet. During COVID we were worried about lessons and her falling behind. The school were great at communicating and keeping us up to date about developments and making sure the kids were safe. While we are not typically a 'dance' family, the end of year concert was absolutely amazing. We loved seeing our little one shine on the stage. You can tell the years of experience at this top level, as it really showed at the performances.
