CUA30120 Certificate III in Dance

This program is designed for the dancer who has a passion for dance and wants “more” than what the current after school classes provide.

It is open to students from an Intermediate / Advanced level and is taken AFTER SCHOOL so does not involve any educational compromise. The program is open to both existing and external students of JGSoD.

WHY CHOOSE THIS OPTION

Low class numbers provide the individual training and care necessary as a foundation and starting point for the students full time training long term goals. The students taking this program should be dedicated and committed to both learning and their work in after school classes.

This pathway should be considered for students in Years 9 and Year 10 and is a great starting point for those to begin on their professional dance journey. The program can be taken over 2 years across Years 9 and 10. The utmost of care is taken in the dancers development both physically and mentally and training is tailored to the individual child.  Ultimately we use this program as a springboard into our part time and full time training programs when the level of technique has reached a point that promotes moving forward however the Certificate III Course provides an additional level of knowledge and understanding for those that wish to be teachers.

This is a nationally recognised qualification, CUA30120 Certificate III in Dance

This qualification is delivered under a partnership arrangement with Empowerdance RTO : 40397.
